****Official Class of 2017 Recruiting Thread****

Gotta like what Prohm is doing. Recruiting a bunch of kids ranked between 100-50 in their class. Those are the kinds of kids we should be able to bring in. I enjoyed Hoiberg trying to get 5 stars, but that didn't turn out the greatest.

I agree, and I also like the fact that he's targeting a ton of kids. That puts pressure on interested kids to go ahead and commit, as they aren't always going to be sure the spot will be open for them when they're ready.

Agreed, I do however think if recruits had confidence that fred was going to stay we would have landed a couple

Yep. Diallo was ours if Fred could commit to staying. The staff thought Vaughn was coming, but who knows how his mind got changed in the final hour.

No doubt they would have started to come.

Love those 38 ft verticals.

This kids a stud. Would be an incredible small forward in college just needs to get a little stronger. Can't teach that length. He and the PG Weatherspoon are top two on my wish list right now.

Per Austin McBeth who was on the roster as a walk-on during Vaughn's recruitment, UNLV's price to beat was $175k
