Oklahoma v Nova predictions

Rooting for OU, but Nova is like OU with better interior offensive threats.

OU will have the best player in the game, but I think Nova comes out ahead. Then again Buddy could go off for 35 and carry them to victory.

I live on the eastern side of the state so obviously Nova will win by a billion or two. They're the best team I have ever seen.

In all seriousness though, Nova and OU should be a great game. My money is on Buddy though. OU by 7.

After watching the games this last weekend I predicted that Buddy would have to score 40 for the Sooners to win. The more I think about it, the more I think I might have shot low.

Rooting for OU, but Nova really showed me something against KU. I really thought Nova got where they are by hot outside shooting, but they really didn't do that against KU and still won.

I'll guess OU though, as I still think they are the better team, and also because they beat them by 23 already this year.

Kansas would have beat Nova fairly easily if they had anyone outside of the PG who could make a three pointer. Nova packs the middle but I don't see that working very well against OU. Unless Nova also shoots lights out or they can really turn up the pressure on OU I don't think they will win.

OK, Sooners. Take your semifinal appearance in football...fine, great. But you can't have basketball, too. And then as if it weren't enough, I see they recently signed a football player named "Rambo". Now that's just getting greedy.

Pulling for Boomer, well, actually, Lon and Buddy. But Nova has too many athletes plus a seriously good point guard. I'm taking Wildcats by 5-7.

Crazy how lopsided this game was the first time, I think Buddy's quiet games the first couple rounds were bad news for their later opponents, he seems poised for a huge game.

I need Oklahoma to win it all to win my bracket pool, so I predict Nova will win by 8 or 9

Kansas was gun shy in the second half. Graham was the only one with any confidence in his shot. Ellis, Selden and Mason jacked up some shots but you could tell they were going to miss before they even shot the ball. Selden even launched a couple air balls on pretty open looks.

If Nova wins, it will be a close win (like 74-72). If OU wins, it will be by double digits (like 87-74). The X factor is obviously Buddy Hield.
