That sounds like liberal Iowa City Common Core math. If Iowa is better than ISU why didn't they? Answer - because they can't!

Looks like Penn State made the mighty Hawks mini midgets. And how does a team make 35 free throws and loose a game to a Big 10 bottom feeder anyway....not to mention bottom feeder Minnesota almost cooked your chickens at home. Time for end of the year Hawk meltdown!!!

I think when it comes to basketball most ISU fans regard playing Iowa every year as a scrimmage. If I recall correctly ISU beat Iowa this year by the slimmest of margins however we had 3 of 5 starters for all practical purposes injured...Naz Long who is now going redshirt, Monte Morris with hip, and George Niang leg/knee from prior game. I imagine if we were 100% healthy the Hawks would have gotten smoked by 20+ at Hilton. Hawks have a bad reputation for winning games this year against injured teams i.e. Michigan State. I bet if the Hawks meet Michigan State in Big 10 tourney they'll send em home like fried rabbits in a prairie fire.

Iowa is the bottom 2 seed right now after Penn State. We might both end up as 3 seeds depending how the season finishes out.

Denzel was no where near 100% @ MSU. It was his first game back firing on 3 cylinders at best. The blogs and analysts all agreed on that point. Play MSU today on a neutral court the Hawks would get smoked by 15+. Nice try.
