*** #14 IOWA STATE vs #5 Texas A&M Game(day) Thread ***

Plain and simple... we play too dumb to be a great team.

We're an above average team, but will never be great until we get our heads out of our a**es.

I think we were the better team today talent-wise, but just way too stupid for our own good.
 
Had chances, some tough calls, few shots did not fall. Travelling is now 2 steps..

No big deal not a bad loss, move on to the next one.

Clonedude tirade not as bad as other games, so must have done something right

You pretty much nailed it. Morris was very quiet, Nader practically invisible. Not their best game, and failure to reach 70 points in what seems like forever is proof enough they struggled.
 
McKay had a terrible game, but he is not the reason we lost. Free throws and phantom offensive calls are to blame. Just make one more free throw during the game and that last 2 minutes goes much differently.

That Nader 3 attempt down the stretch was just a terrible shot choice.
 
This game was lost because refs took Niang out of the game.....there is no debate. Look how many minutes he played, and he would have made a difference if he wasn't riding pine the whole time.
 
That crowd was into it...what aTm did is exactly what ISU has done SO many times at Hilton. It was a team loss, and quite a few mistakes made. Glad it happened when it did. Use it as a learning experience and move on. Zero harm done.

Ah, there it is. A loss brings Clonedude out to tell us how bad our team is.
 
I knew the game was lost when Morris shot that last three and missed. Why we didn't penetrate at all in the end of the game was beyond me.
 
I agree with the notion the better team won today. Texas A&M is legit!! And House is a freaking stud!
 
The hot cleavage chick behind our bench was not overrated...

Niang looked slow the whole game. Refs didnt do that to him. He just didnt play well.
