This is a team that has given up a gazillion points the last 3 halves (roughly).
One more player looking like he doesn't know how to play defense or box out at the most fundamental level...he'll fit right in.
Give him a couple of ill-advised one on one shots in important possessions, and then it WILL be a wonder why he wasn't in the rotation earlier.

I think the dumpster was already on fire, now it's just failure of crowd control. I'm waiting for total program shutdown if we lose this game and the next one.

It's clear that Otz is extremely frustrated. You can see that Morris isn't happy. Sadly I'm guessing he'll enter the draft. The 3-4 transfers are as follows, Cooke, Ashton, Carter, possibly Ernst. You could also see Jakolby Long request a transfer and worst case scenario a de-commit from Cameron Lard
Lard isn't going to make it academically. Carter, Ashton and Ernst won't have any options to transfer regardless. Not that that should make you feel better, but your scenario isn't going to happen.

As expected- a list of names that does not support the agenda you are pushing. Cooke, a walk-on (yes he has a scholarship this year), a couple guys that the staff may have concerns about playing at a Big 12 level, and a commit that was always up in the air as whether he would make it due to academics.
Incredibly weak attempt on your part. Most of what you mentioned would probably be initiated by the staff, if it does occur.
