Are some of you guys really this stupid? You seriously think we got this guy over Florida, Alabama, etc? If CMC likes this guy as his first QB recruit, that's good enough for me. But at 2-star and a 5.4 rivals rating, he's lower-rated than any Rhoads-recruited QB other than Dom DeLira, who had the same rating.

Honestly I didn't think the school could even comment on him committing officially even if he is signing up for classes. I thought it was an NCAA violation to comment on a kid until their official signed LOI was submitted and that can't be done until February.

You do realize that that is not true. CSU offered. There is your P5. Toledo offered as well as others. The kids dad went to App st...he basically has been committed there for a long while and likely put off others recruiting him..until CMC came along. Fact of matter is that bama was calling late and too late..obviously they thought he looked decent I'll take it.

Also..you do realize that Iowa has 4-5 kids committed with ZERO P5 offers. And they nearly made the playoffs.
