Amazon Offers Showtime, Starz on-demand to Prime Members

Anyone see this? You can get showtime and starz through amazon prime now for $9 each per month. Personally I have no use for those two networks, but I definitely be willing to pay that for just ESPN and Fox Sports.

As far as I know there's no legit way to get a standalone fox sports. Which sucks. Because I'm willing to pay for it but I'm not willing to get cable just for that when I can get everything else ala carte (SlingTV is basically ESPN ala carte.

Another step in the right direction. Wonder how long before the ISPs will start really putting tight caps on usage. Most networks out there will need serious upgrades to be able to handle a full transition.

This ^^^. I switched from Sling TV to cable right at the beginning of football season, and I'm going to switch back as soon as bowl season is done.

If Sling could just find a way to get the Fox affiliates, they would pretty much have the market on Big XII football fans.
