Didn't have enough time to do the entire road to Hana. Did bike down Haleakala, which was cool. Also, Kapalua beach is awesome. I like turtles.
Maui is where I saw my first sea turtles in person. They're much bigger than I expected.
It's the system, though...there were just as many retreads (or...another similarly spelled word) saying stupid stuff on the other side during GWB...the system is creating two groups of people who never actually talk to each other, but just scream at each other...and two groups that don't talk amongst themselves, they just always agree with whoever is loudest.
Mine usually does too. Unfortunately one of my advisors is moving to another university in January, so the new research officer at the university research office is reviewing every line item on expenditures this semester, which also includes the 20 page expense report I sent in last week. Normally its just a matter of getting my advisor to put an account number on it, sign it, and walk it to the business office and they'll have it done end of the next business day.
That's the best use of the yelling face I've seen in my time on this site. You should be made a mod for how good that was.
By the time I got there, the leak wasn't "active" anymore. I thought I found most of the water-logged stuff...but, alas. I went downstairs to put the "old" towels that were soaking up water into the washer. I found a shirt box that was very damp. It was a Christmas stocking my grandma cross-stitched for me. Uggghhh. We never did stockings in my family, but it's something my grandma made and was personalized. It wasn't soaking wet, but there are water stains near the toe and in one of the top corners.
I'm hoping tomorrow after the game, this leak happening kicks my and my husband's rear to clean/purge the basement.

Sara I don't know if there is stuffing in he stocking but you can lightly soak cross stitch in dish soap and some warm water to try and remove stains. May want to test for color fastness first

OK, I guess I deserve that, since I've gotten sensitive over cave talk, and now I'm doing it, but I'm fine with actual dialogue, not big on generalizations and demonization.

This phone is actually smaller than the previous one. Went from 6.3 to 5.7 screen size.
