2016 Big 12 Schedule

We actually get a bye week in the middle of the season, and not just in Week 1 or Week 10. That's nice.

Another 0-3 start in the Big 12 looks probable, but having lots of home games on the back stretch is very nice to see. May be a chance to seize some momentum late and make a push.

Also, both an Oklahoma and a Texas team come to Jack in November.

Way too early pre-head coach predictions:

UNI: W
@ Iowa: L
@ TCU: L
San Jose State: W
Baylor: L
@ Oklahoma State: L
@ Texas: L
Kansas State: W
Oklahoma: L
@ Kansas: W
Texas Tech: W
West Virginia: L

5-7 to start Coach Miles' term in Ames. :jimlad:

This is prob worst case honestly. WV in Ames late November? Give me ISU. @tcu and @tx both winnable IMO as is Iowa. TCU will lose a ton including Boykin and WR. They will always have a good team but they won't be anything near this year.

They're a playoff team returning almost everyone...

I predict a year where San Jose State is far above their average.

I went to school at SJSU (and Iowa) so i follow them pretty closely. They will be losing by FAR their best offensive player. I don't see any way they beat ISU on the road. They're mediocre at best.

That schedule is awful for season ticket holders. November home games are terrible for tailgating and just freezing your *** off. Gonna be a tough sell with that schedule.

The Big 12 needs Baylor to step up their None conference games against stiffer compitition. Wonder when they will finally get it.

Home games only:

Sept. 3: UNI
Sept. 24: San Jose State
Oct. 1: Baylor
Oct. 29: Kansas State
Nov. 3: Oklahoma (Thursday night game)
Nov. 19: Texas Tech
Nov. 26: West Virginia

I agree, not the best slate for season tickets.
