This is depressing. I went to the gym last night for the first time in over a month to blow off some steam and now I have T-Rex arms. I kind of hate myself right now.

Nick have you tried flexing while walk, running, cooking and sitting in your boxers in your office?
I have not heard of this, whats the goal?

Cooking might be a stretch, there.

Well.... "cooking" anyways. If boiling white rice, browning up some hamburger and mixing it all together with some Franks wing sauce counts, then yes.... I cook often....
