"I think it's the same cow..."

Also a goody-goody...but a 3.85.

When I say home, I usually mean my hometown. Although, here's the weird thing. If something...God forbid...would happen to my husband, I don't think I'd move back. I think I'd probably stay in Iowa, most likely Des Moines. My hometown and surrounding area has just changed too darn much. Plus, with how messed up Illinois state politics have gotten, I'll stay away.
Is there something unusual about 4 out of 7 governors going to prison?

I AM not sharing my HS or ISU gpa. Nope, not going there. My sister was HS valedictorian though. That was back when a 4.00 was a 4.00 was a 4.00 and you couldn't get anything higher.

Did little red school houses even have the GPA system way back then?

1. Home is dependent on the context of the conversation. When I'm at work, I'm going home. When people ask me where I'm from, I say Iowa is my home. When I go to Iowa, I'm going back home. When I leave Iowa, I'm going back home. Cooler, I think your wife massively over thought that.

2. Bunch of ******* nerds up in here. My 2.3 didn't have time for homework. I was too busy doing fun stuff, like playing football, and not going to class.

3. Is everyone else just going to ignore how the context of KC's sentence changed when she left the word laude off of cum laude? Is it just my dirty mind that picked up on that?

It pains me to say this was my exact thoughts on everything. Ugh

I noticed but I refrained.

My HS GPA (in a system that didn't go beyond 4) was 3.87. It was 3.97 at Christmas Senior year, and then I took Geometry.

College GPA alllllllllllllllllmost beat HS GPA. That would have been neat.

1. My wife is the queen of over-analyzing every word. Plus she has a great memory and likes to argue just cuz she can (family trait). I despise unnecessary arguments so I've become really good at choosing my words around her to avoid ending up in the hurt locker. My argument tactics revolve around making jokes and minimalizing the argument - i.e. intentionally ******* her off.

2. I was salutatorian, but have no idea what my GPA was. It was high school. I've forgotten a lot more recent things. I'll save my memory for important things like lyrics to bad 80's and 90's music

3. I initially read is as cumulative, but I'm changing my view to yours as it is significantly better

My college GPA was worse than my high school GPA. I suppose it was better if you include my community college GPA, but I don't, because community college was like a glorified middle school.

Some of the threads that get started on this site help me realize that some of the dumb ***** I encountered in college are still alive and well.

Guys, I actually took the time to describe a "farmer's blow" in another thread so that I could avoid this misinterpretation stuff!

We always abbreviated cumulative (pronounced as "keyoom"). I didn't think twice about it...obviously!
