And the horribleness that was my bike ride was explained last night and this morning. Upper respiratory thingy has fully revealed itself. Was wondering WTF why lungs hurt as I struggled up hills and had trouble maintaining any pace yesterday. Wasn't old man as much as sick old man.

Hope everyone's headaches, flu and other aches and pains get gone and you all get feeling better.

Even though supposedly it's bad for me I'm staying with bacon, sausage, pepperoni, and beef/deer sticks, etc... I'm old enough that I've got to die of something someday, I've ate that stuff my whole life. My BP, cholesterol, colonoscopy and all that stuff have been fine. I'm not going to start worrying about that stuff now.
