I'm not alone, clearly, as I said by looking at the polls. In terms of undefeated Power Fives, Iowa is ahead of only the team with its 4 most difficult games of the year still to play. It's not just Cyclones who are (relatively) unimpressed as Split claimed, it's the majority of the CFB-watching world.

Wiscy won't lose again and will finish 10-2. Pitt certainly could finish top 25 as well.
Again, Iowa's played some solid teams this year and will likely face a team in the CCG that could be argued to be the best team in the country.
Does Iowa have an elite team on it's regular season schedule? Absolutely not. But they will play one before bowl season.
You either didn't read what I wrote or didn't understand it. Who cares what they were ranked when you played them? At the end of the year there's a good chance none of them are ranked. Auburn, USC, Oregon and Georgia were all pre-season Top 10. Do you think wins against those guys early in the season still mean the same at the end of the season?
Iowa's ranked #10 in the nation and you're saying the majority of the CFB world is unimpressed. That's rich. The only reason Iowa falls behind most of the other P5 undefeated teams is that Iowa started the season nowhere near even getting votes in the AP poll while Ohio St. started #1, TCU #2, Baylor #4, Michigan St. #5, Clemson #12, LSU #14.
This isn't that hard of a concept to understand.
Wisconsin's best win this year, even if they go 10-2, will be over who? Northwestern at home (which hasn't happened yet) - otherwise, it's a lot of nothing.
I really doubt this, but we'll have to wait and see. Right now, Pitt hasn't beaten anyone with a winning record. Pitt is heading into an interesting stretch of the schedule right now and I think its unlikely they will be ranked much longer or at the end of the year.
Northwestern will be Iowa's best regular season win. They will be a 9-3 team (unless they win in Madison) with wins over Stanford and Duke. Otherwise, Iowa will not have an impressive win on the resume heading to Indy. This shouldn't be too controversial.
I don't know. Who cares? Iowa is 7-0 against a tougher SOS than most other top 25 teams and ranked #10, in a season where they came in as a bottom-50 team and most were expecting 5 or 6 wins at the most. I know it's chaffing a lot of you pretty badly down there that Iowa's a top-10 team, sorry. But the level of stupid and jealousy being shown here is pretty sad.
Jealousy could not be more correct. What I wouldn't give for Iowa's schedule... Even Paul Rhoads might manage to go 6-6.
The point is that the "tougher SOS than most other top 25 teams" you Hawk fans are beating the drum over is going to continue to drop through the remainder of the season, and not just because of the opponents you have yet to play, but because those you HAVE played thus far will continue to be shown as frauds that were unworthy of their rankings to begin with.
