Go 6-6 or better which is impossible because he needs to finish 5-4 in the conference. We are looking at 1-8 in the Big 12. 2-7 at the very best.

Despite a miraculous turnaround and a Bowl appearance, I've seen all I need to not want him back at all.

We are consistently losing games we shouldn't lose now. I understand that Toledo was favored, but it does not change the fact that to show progress and sell hope, you can't lose that game.

This. Beyond that, I would really only be on board with giving him another year if he can hit 5 wins. I can't recall if he has ever hit 4 conference wins but that to me would be the line for me.
