And, you should be saying "we" have lots of stuff to do, like scrubbing dishes. Help get them done, she got more time for sessytimes.
back from party. Was kinda hard. Talked to some people then played tiny bit of vball with some kids. That was probably a bad choice because it got dark while we played....hard to mingle into new groups when it's dark. Should have done more talking and socializing while it was light out. Other people were having a really good time it looks like but DH was itching to leave and the only people we knew were in groups chatting and I feel super weird about just coming up to a group and standing there awkwardly until they acknowledge you, ha.
Think I'll get invited to a wine night thing though, so that's good. And from the people we talked to (of course, the one I talked to quite a bit is actually moving away), they really like the neighborhood and people.
DH heard something about a traveling adult type trick or treat that involves jello shots. So, he figures I should get in on that :spinny:

ha, and the one couple we know better (because the husband was one of the people involved with our house) realized we had some music stuff in common and asked if we knew that he used to teach music/had a music degree.
I said no, but that was a lie. I already knew from the internets but I couldn't say that, now could I? I told this to DH later and he says we have to cut off my internet access before the court orders come in.

With some teams, they say "they don't rebuild, they reload"...with us, it's more "just when you think they're done shooting themselves in the foot, they reload".

I don't really understand the overalls that fans of all the big 10 fans seem to wear. And I know I should just shut up and enjoy it, but even more than that, I don't understand the bra choices when some girls wear them. A good number of girls don't wear shirts, but they'll just wear black sports bras underneith. That I get, but other girls seem to wear bras that are a lot lacier like those from Victoria's Secret. I guess I just don't get why you don't go get a black sports bra for game day.

I don't know if that's it. Well in my defense, the girl I really want to date was next to me so I couldn't be too obvious, and I've never been able to shake my k-5 catholic school upbringing. And i just think you'd want to wear a more practical bra, and save the sexy one for the party.
Getting a mate is like selling....ABC, woo, ABC....you'd do well to learn from your lacy brasserie'd counterparts.
I'd be flattered, but I don't think random college girls are thinking of me when they're deciding what bra to wear
