Yeah I was thinking the same thing. It gets tight, but hopefully there will be more options for bars too once this happens.

I know a few people who work in Downtown KC in Economic Development and that area will be drastically different in 5-10 years. I hope the Big 12 never leaves the Sprint Center.

Pollard should put a big Iowa State / Hilton South billboard on the top of the Hyatt. It has a huge panel that would be perfect!
