Couldn't have said it better myself! I can't stand people that back tuco up on everything. Threads always have to turn into Kansas crap and it gets so old.

Theoretically he could even wait until the fall without ever signing a LOI. Almost every team would make room for a player of his caliber provided they had a scholarship to give. He could just sign a scholarship agreement, I'm surprised more elite players don't do this.

Don't hate him. (I don't believe in hate.) Just think he has a very high opinion of himself and KU and wants to tell non-KU fans about it. I don't think that there is any problem calling him on it.

It's not one post. It's EVERY single thread. The guys weighs in and compares EVERY SINGLE posted thought to KU.

Go to Texas's free board. You will see some regular OU or Aggie posters that post a fair amount, but they do not weigh in on EVERY thread on the board.

There is a huge difference between surly for instance, or the Hawk posters that come to CF frequently vs twocoach, IMO.

I haven't read through then entire Clayton Custer transfer thread, but I'd be shocked if Twocoach didn't reference Conner Frankcamp. That's how absurd it is.

Go read the Diallo thread on phog their guys are ******** about it being about big daddy kane's car, Iowa state and why it isn't locked so there isn't the ISU slant. I would say their is much more ISU talk on their thread than Jhawk talk on ours. I think its actually starting to feel like a rivalry. Its good for us and the conference for a good KU\ISU rivalry and it's hard to get there without getting sick of hearing their fans talk. Hell that is usually were a rivalry starts (amongst fans)

Diallo will not only sign with ISU, but he will stay at ISU for 4 years, and we will win the national championship all 4 years. Then the NCAA will grant Diallo an extra year of eligibility, and he'll stay for a 5th year, where ISU will once again win the national championship. The program will be at the point that we are landing a minimum 6 MCDAA's every year, and Fred will be regarded as the best coach of all time. Fred declares that he will be the coach at Iowa State until he decides to retire in 2045. Bill Self will subsequently check himself in to an insane asylum, which is owned by Tuco.

Why does this guy (and others) right this stuff? It's one thing to give facts or pointed opinions on how you disagree with the "Kool-aid" but I saw your last post slight us at "we still thought Vaughn was coming to ISU even after he played his first game at ULNV...". Didn't we recruit both McCay and Burton heavily. Both went to other schools. Both play for us now.

I just don't get why on our board we'd post such negative comments when we have a style of basketball that is unique in the NCAA, a top 10 coach, a top 5 fan base, a media dandy, a power 5 conference, a projected pre-season top 2015 five team... I hate the attitude of "odds are against, why try". We land the first 5 star, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th will come that much easier.

I don't like Tuco either, but at least he has a take (albeit weak ones) but at least we know his loyality is to another team. Yours?

Its fine to make sarcastic jokes, after all this message board is full of them. But, just because Diallo truthfully (and I do believe him) states "no one knows where he's going" , doesn't mean he hasn't told the ISU coaches that its not here. He still could be deciding between KU & St. Johns which I think is likely and he'd still be stating a fact that nobody knows yet. Look, everybody has a right to remain hopeful, but that doesn't mean you bash those that give their view/info/slant, etc. I still hope the Cubs win a World Series, too....and I don't want people telling me there's no hope when deep down I wonder if it ever will happen. So, yeah, I get the "there's still hope" thing.
