WWE Wrassler Dies in Ring

Actually it wasn't weird - I believe the other wrestlers thought that he was just "selling" the moves

Mysterio knew something was wrong pretty quickly.

It was this simple:

Mysterio kicks the guy inbetween the ropes, which is his starting move for his finisher

Mysterio swings around and kicks the guy in the face, which is the middle move of his finisher.

After this move, the guy is supposed to fly backwards like the kick just absolutely destroyed him and forced him to fly back 10 feet.

Unfortunately, this guy didn't move, whatsoever, causing Mysterio to know something was wrong. He did a quick attack on a different wrestler to force the attention somewhere else for the crowd, which is typical if something goes unexpected. He then stood there, wondering what the **** was wrong with the wrestler. After the wrestler didn't move, he had to check on the wrestler before medical staff decided to check on him.

Of the 4 wrestlers, Mysterio was the only one who could've known something was wrong with the guy because he was the only one who performed a move. The other two that were still alive kept fighting each other while Mysterio waited for his opponent to do something.

Yet another reason why professional wrestling is incredibly stupid.

Whatever...the wrestlers are willing participants and know the risks. It's no more stupid than any other form of entertainment that involves risk of death.

Thew worst part about pro wresting is that they probably aren't paid enough at the highest level. They do extensive damage to their bodies, and there is no off season for them. I don't watch it anymore, but it's not an ideal lifestyle when 50 weeks of the year you're "on tour".

Oh no, it's way more stupid.

I don't know. I was watching winter x-games, and some guy had a snow mobile land on him while he was trying to do backfllips 20-30 feet in the air on it. He later died at the hospital. Seems hard to get more stupid than that.

When Owen Hart fell out of the rafters in KC it took the crowd a good ten minutes to realize that he wasn't "selling" the show by being dead.

The risk isn't the part I was referring to (although it's also a stupid thing to do). I was referring to the fact that people didn't really seem to notice for some time, presumably because they thought he was just selling it. When a guy tries a stunt and has his snowmobile land on him, people don't think he's just lying motionless for dramatic effect.
