Beating KU is about how ISU plays, not whether they won or lost the game prior. I hope they lose by 1,000 points tonight.
100% agree. KU losing tonight won't remove any excitement for the game on Saturday. Hilton is going to rock Gameday and then it's going to rock Kansas.
The build up for the game on Saturday isn't nearly as important as ISU coming out on top in the standings after 18 games and claiming the Big XII Championship. People need to look at the big picture... beating KU's *** on Saturday will be great but come March we want to beat KU's *** in the standings for a Big XII Championship.

Not in the Des Moines area, where it's scheduled to open this Thursday. (In theaters that is. I know you recently bragged about watching movies for free online. Hope you don't get caught.)
I know the trailer said it would open on Christmas Day, but apparently that didn't include the DSM market.
Got a lot of crap for wanting KU to win tonight - understandably. I'd rather have them undefeated in Big12 play when we get a crack at them on Saturday, with Gameday in town.
Plenty of other opportunities for KU to lose at home this year.
As I said in my first post, I expect the game tonight to be close as long as motivated Nash shows up. I'm not yet convinced KU is one of the top 3 teams in the conference this year. ISU, OU and WVU could easily all 3 end up being better. Texas too if they get their **** together.

I see you're going with Wrestling (OU/WV), Action/Drama (KU/OSU), and Comedy (IA/MN). Nice selection.
I went to a 2 TV system over a decade ago so I don't have to make choices between which games to watch. That would be my recommendation for any serious college bball fan.
I'd rather take a gig drawing incendiary cartoons at Charlie Hebdo than watch Gingerball.
On the other hand, there's just something about watching the Big XII when the Clones aren't playing...a cross between curiosity and shock at rooting for one or the other of the enemy. It's fun to decide which team you hate less...
