Time to put the PI call that wasn't in the rear view and focus on the next round.

Ravens @ Pats - I'll take the Pats in a close one. I like Baltimore's front seven but I don't see anyone on that defense who can cover Gronk. I desperately hope I'm wrong because, God, I hate the Patriots.

Panthers @ Seahawks - Seahawks. Carolina's been playing really well lately and Luke Kuechly is a beast at linebacker but I expect Seattle to shut down the passing game and make Carolina one dimensional on offense. First team to 20 points, wins.

Cowboys @ Packers - Cowboys, I think. If Rodgers was for sure healthy then I'd take the Pack at home. But if that calf limits his ability to buy time in the pocket, then who knows? Of all four games this weekend I think this will be the best one.

Colts @ Broncos - Denver. The Colts are only so-so at stopping the run, and the Broncos have been chewing up opponents on the ground lately. Luck is great but he needs more help around him. After he arrived in Indy, Jim Irsay talked about the importance of building a team that was strong on both sides of the ball instead of building around one guy the way they did with Manning. And here we are three years into the Luck era, and the Colts are built to go as far as he can carry them.

Pats - Close game throughout but the Pats defense wins this game for them. I think they really shut down the Ravens offense

Seahawks - How easy has the Seahawks schedule been recently? They are now playing a team with a losing record. Prior to that, they got to play Arizona with Lindley and Stanton. Rams with Shaun Hill. I thought Carolina had a decent shot in this game but the loss of Star Lotololei is a killer. I think Beast Mode runs wild in this one.

Cowboys - Great game. Wish this game was to go to the Super Bowl as I think they are the 2 best teams in the NFC. Rodgers injury is something to watch but I think the Cowboys will be able to run on the Packers, eat up time, and keep Rodgers off the field.

Broncos - By double digits. Indianapolis isn't that good IMO.

Relative to the other teams still in it, no. If they pulled off the upset at Denver it would be just their second win against a legitimately good team all season. They fattened up on the AFC South and ended the regular season with two wins over teams with winning records.

Omaha and four other cities will not see Pats game on Cox. Monetary dispute is ongoing.

Can't believe everyone is picking GB to lose at home. As a Bears fan that's what I'm hoping for too but still, don't see it happening.

Cowboys 8-0 on the road and Rodgers isn't 100%

Not that I completely disagree with you. BUT, we are talking about Tony Romo here. He doesn't have the best luck in the playoffs. Cowboys should have lost the first game already. Even if Rodgers isn't 100%, I still like them at home in cold weather.

Should be a good game regardless. Otherwise, I agree with OP's other picks.

Rulzz hit the nail on the head. If Rodgers was 100% then I'd be very confident picking the Packers. But if that injury limits his ability to move around in the pocket and throw on the run, then that evens the playing field considerably. Not only that, but Green Bay isn't great at stopping the run and Dallas has been a really good running team all season. It's a good matchup and I don't have a good feel for who will win but either way I think it's going to be really close.

Now Romo does have a knack for blowing big games...so I look for this to be close and romo choking at the end.

I read an article a year ago that showed that Aaron Rodgers has actually blown a higher percentage of "close games" than Tony Romo has. People forget that Romo is statistically the best 4th Qtr QB in history. The bobbled snap killed his perception by fans.

As Fox graphic shared on Sunday, Romo’s 102.9 passer rating in the fourth quarter is the the highest of all time. All time — as in, better than Elway, better than Montana and better than Brady.

In the past three seasons, Romo has 11 game-winning drives in the fourth quarter or overtime. That’s the most in the NFL.

Romo has a career passer rating of 93.1 in the final two minutes of a game. Fox Sports says that’s the best of all active quarterbacks and the fourth-best since 1991.

That's because Rodgers has had postseason success and Romo has not.

Rodgers may not be able to move around in the pocket, but the Cowboys have a terrible pass rush. I think Romo is pretty darn good, but I also think that 8-0 road record doesn't necessarily mean a whole lot.

Yeah, there was that. And I think he's also taken an unfair amount of blame for the Cowboys failing to get over the hump the last few years. But that's how it goes for NFL quarterbacks. Too much credit for the wins and too much blame for the losses.
Someone who watches more Cowboys football than me would have a better take on it, but it looks to me like the only thing different for Romo this year is that he has a much better team around him than he has the last several years. DeMarco Murray stayed healthy and productive, they had a killer offensive line, and the defense wasn't a sieve.

Not saying Cowboys will win, but I was just pointing out why another poster was asking about all the Dallas picks. Plus Romo finally has a running game and the offense isn't as dependent on him to move the ball.

Ravens in the playoffs, you better watch out. AFC teams better watch out. Steelers, out. Not over yet, but up 14-0 at Pats. Next week, doesn't matter.
