In case you guys don't know basketball season has started. Instead of having mental breakdowns about the dismal state of cyclone football you can come over to the basketball forum where things are so good the only thing people can complain about is having too superior of athletes and too spectacular of dunks that they feel theyre "show boating". The only other complaint I've seen is people saying they need to clean up from excessive ************. Come on over folks, hoiball has begun and life is good!
 
The basketball forum will pick up a lot more when the team starts the regular season Friday. Football forum is already a ghost town from Tuesday-Friday. It will now turn into a ghost town every day of the week.
 
Feels like the basketball forum is a ghost town still. Can't wait for it to pick up, I'm holding you to your words on it picking up by Friday.
 
Semi-serious request: Can we add an opt-out of the football forum so I can enjoy CF during the first month of basketball season, while still avoiding a bunch of downer football threads?
 
Favorite part of last Friday's exhibition?

Jackson and Tsalmpouris. Jackson is a hell of a walk-on, and Tsalmpouris is already a crowd favorite. He looked smooth handling the ball on the break for a 7'1" guy. I really hope he stays all four years.

Like it or not, football pays the bills. Granted, no needs to join in the FB whinefest, but burying your head in the sand isn't wise either.

If we can't generate sufficient revenue from football, that affects all Cyclone Sports...not just FB.

I love how that word is banned yet everyone knows what it is.
