Every time we get our arses handed to us, CPR does a good job at making the boys play well the next week. And then we settle. And then we get pounded the next week. And then we play well the next week. It's an endless cycle.
ISU- 3 7 14 7- 31
KU- 0 10 10 8- 28
This will be a tight game all the way. KU will get the ball with 2 minutes left in the game looking for the tie/win. With just under a minute left, KU gets into ISU territory, Wally blitzes, and KU throws a pick to secure a 3 point ISU win.
I was with you until the bolded part. Have we blitzed at all since the first half of the OSU game?
When did this happen? Only example I can see in the last 3 years before I stopped looking was ND State this year, we responded with a decent game, but lost to K State.
2014: Hammered by Baylor, followed it up by getting beat badly by an Oklahoma State team that has only beaten us, KU and TT in conference.
2013: Beat by Baylor 71-7, followed by getting beat by OK State 58-27, K State 41-7, etc.
2012: Didn't have a lot of arse-handings. God bless Knott/Klein.
2011: Got beat by Texas 37-14, followed by 3 games (Baylor, Mizzou and TAM) where we got beat by a combined score of 134-60. And only Baylor was a great team out of these teams.
2010: Lost to Utah 68-27, followed by OU 52-0.
Please give you your list of games we got killed in and then rallied the troops.
That said, we win Saturday.
Who would rather lose Saturday if it guaranteed one win in basketball over KU in the regular season.

A loss Saturday and CPR needs fired Sunday, no excuses will cover a loss to KU. I'm not sure we win Saturday. KU can run the ball, we can't stop the run. I fear KU runs for 300+. Going with my heart not my head and saying we win 31-28.
ISU blitzed quite a bit against Texas...
