I'd heard rumblings when I was back in Stillwater over Christmas break that this was coming. I'm not surprised at all. I really doubt Sean or Eddie was surprised either. The story I heard was that T. Boone felt he was spending too much money to have a mediocre MBB team and he was pulling some strings to get a change made. It'll be interesting to see who they make a run at.

That's what I heard too. But with Self finally cracking into the Final Four, I don't think he'd be willing to face the heat he'd get for leaving KU.
