Connor Frankamp transferring

i don't have any problem with good players staying in state, particularly playing for a program like KU.

but with ku's offense and the way self recruits, it was a poor fit from the beginning, so IMHO the kid is making a great decision.

frankamp stikes me as a player who'll launch three's all season long, play big minutes, and be a big time scorer. he just chose the wrong school.

Funny to see Fran get flack, he was KU's best guard in the big12/ncaa tourney last year. Even playing out of position at PG. This is a bigger deal than his mpg last year indicate, guard, specifically PG is their biggest ?

Really weird timing. Kind of surprised. Although he didn't do much last year, he had a few moments in the tournament.

That dude had almost zero chance to ever play for KU. All he does is shoot. He can't really do anything else, and that's just not going to cut the mustard there.
