Iowa may be the easiest win on the schedule.

Man I hate when people post on a board designed for the purpose stated. I also hate when water is wet and snow is cold.

Why post here? What is more fun than watching meltdowns and crazy people. Kind of like people watching at MHI. Except its ok to poke the bear here, at MHI that would be something only xr4ticlone would do.
Wow, I sure do envy your life if you have enough free time to troll an opponents message board...

Did you post a lot at HN with fellow troll deanis in February of this year?

Probably not.
Of course if you wanna come over you can look.
Kinda creepy but seems to a cyfan question.
You talk like Tonto. Me no understand. You get Lone Ranger. He speakum for you.

I am confused, if this game means so little to iowa fans why do they flock to this board to defend their team? I cannot imagine how badly they invaded Ball State.

Cuz it's comedy gold. Gold I tell ya!

Keep telling yourself this. Maybe if you repeat it enough you'll convince yourself of it, but nobody else is buying you actually believe it.

All you need to do is look at how much more fired up and animated ISU players will be to start the game compared with a typical opponent vs. Iowa's even keel approach on the sideline and on the field from it's players to see who has this game circled and considers it more important.

There is so much stupid in this post. I would expect nothing less.

I'm guessing even Deano is embarrassed by the level of stupidity from some of these hok fans. (bolts and Iowa88)

I'm kind of old school. With me it's put up or shut up. One way or the other somebody is going to be eating $h** come Saturday and excuses from either side won't cut it. I'll talk Saturday.

Provide me with something I've said in this thread that you disagree with an actual argument, and try your best to be unbiased.

You'll see the word stupid used here a lot. It makes them feel better about themselves.

"It's not the coach that I hate or the players; it's Iowa State," Vandervelde said at the time. "It's the entity that they are. It's the whole rivalry. I was raised an Iowa kid, and no matter what happens, I'm probably always going to hate Iowa State no matter who they're playing and who their coach is."

"It's a big deal for our team," he added. "I know a lot of people like to think it's kind of a bigger deal for (the Cyclones), but we have quotes up all over place. It's a statement game for them ... But we've got a statement to make, too."

Julian Vandervelde seemed to be pretty fired up about the game when he played. His comment about having quotes up all over the place leads me to believe it was a pretty big deal to the rest of the team as well. The hawk coaches and players never seem to downplay the importance of this rivalry yet the fans act like they couldn't give a **** less. If it's just another game for the hawks, why do they run to the trophy looking all sorts of giddy when they win? The players care plenty about this game but a lot of the fans have some weird elitist mentality for whatever reason.

The fact is this is a huge game regardless of how good/bad either team is. If you live in Iowa, odds are you're either an Iowa State or iowa fan. Everybody looks forward to this game all year whether they want to admit it or not. Having to listen to the rival fans run their mouths for an entire year is almost unbearable for either fan base. This is a fun rivalry that everybody SHOULD be excited about. If you're not, Tony Moeaki thinks there's something wrong with you.

“Coming in as a freshman, it definitely was an eye opener,â€￾ Moeaki said. “It was pretty nuts.
“There’s something wrong with you if you’re not up for this one.â€￾

However the game goes, I for one don't plan on eating any **** on Saturday. That's disgusting.
