Iowa may be the easiest win on the schedule.

The crazy thing is Iowa is probably a marginally better than ISU, but our records are going to be complete opposites of each other because Iowa plays in a pathetic conference. Must be nice.

You outta know, you played in one every year the Big 12 North was in existence.

You realize that the Big 12 north was only half of a conference, right?

Yea, so is the BIG West Division. And in years when we play Ohio St. Michigan St, Penn St, and or Michigan Iowa's schedule will be much tougher than Iowa States then and in the future.

I haven't read any of this thread since page 2, but let me guess...

BIG sucks, ISU would have the same record as Iowa (or better) with iowa's schedule.

Throw in some more about how NDSU and KSU are better than UNI and Ball State.

in 2009, weren't ISU fans chomping at the bit after iowa barely beat (and should have lost) to UNI?

Not to mention, using the difficulty of a schedule as a scapegoat for the reason Iowa State consistently has a worse record and will again this year doesn't work when you can't beat the North Dakota States of the world. Maybe you'll have better luck with Toldedo.

We are 0-2 last time I checked. We are in no position to trash talk. Just because we play K-State close and Iowa almost loses to Ball State does not mean we are better than Iowa all of a sudden.

Thank you! I have no idea why anyone is talking **** about this game. Calling it the easiest "win" when we are 0-2 is just ******* ridiculous.

Yeah but the big 10 right now sucks in the north south east and west. Just want to make sure you get it.

Easiest is the wrong word choice. I would use the phrase "best chance at a win" besides Kansas.

This game is a total pickem in my opinion. ISU's offense made nice strides between weeks 1 and 2 and I could see it giving our D serious fits. If our coaches play it smart we'll try exposing your run D, but we haven't been able to run against UNI or Ball St., so who the he** knows.

Also, ISU showing improvement today and Iowa showing decline is by far the best thing that could of happened for this upcoming rivalry week. I love this week like no other, and its nice when you know you have a chance.

Showed decline? Iowa had more yards on offense and gave up less yards on defense than in week 1.

Open your eyes. If you watched the Ball St. game there's no way you could come away thinking that Iowa's offense didn't take a big step backwards.

Or we could look at your quote and the fact that in spring ball your "coach" (use that phrase loosely with rhoads) had iowa jerseys on tackling dummies. You're right though no emphasis or super bowl on iowa till game week.

I Bet rhoads and pollard have a joint YouTube video ready to feed the masses after another first half moral victory. Go clones we almost beat someone. ...woohoooo

Wow you're really beating this YouTube video thing to death. Latch onto one thing that isn't even that funny and squeeze it in every chance you get. You're like the Carlos Mencia of the hawk fan base.

You could have just kept it simple and said "CyTwins".

Huh? Counting this one I've posted 5 times total in this entire thread

And all have been very insightful. Gotta give you credit though you havemade it this far with no bball flip. Must be hung over from moral victory parade

I suppose you think this was the case last year as well, that the bottom of the barrel in the Big12 (ISU, Kansas, and WVU) could have contented for the B1G west division title. I mean the only reason Iowa won 8 and ISU won 3 was because of conference ya know.

No we are debating which team is performing. Twilight zone.

Winning is performing. As CyTwins says, winners just win, and losers just lose.
