Iowa may be the easiest win on the schedule.

There is going to be no "easy" win this season unless people have been watching a different ISU team than me.

Watching their game today is like watching a game in mud. Their rb's are the least athletic group I've seen at a BCS level school in as long as I've watched football. They don't have a kicker, and their qb doesn't have the arm to threaten the middle of the field. He throws a bunch of short passes to guys that can't make anyone miss. I think we win next week.

The one thing about them is some how they pull off a win. It doesn't matter how big of a lead we have, but we always expect the rug to be pulled out from underneath us and lose.

I still think there is a curse out there kind of like the cubs and the damn goat.

No matter what UNI did or Ball St. We'll make them look a lot better than they are.

My my prediction with the Iowa game is the same as KState. As long as we have our one good quarter of offensive football. And can score 28 points in it. We'll at least make a game of it.

Just for reference, I said for this week, if we score 28 in the first quarter it will be close. The Clones surprised me and did it in the 2nd quarter instead of the first.

I smell a Rose Bowl.

I know you are being facetious. But at this point, their shot at a Rose Bowl is pretty legitimate. The only game they likely won't be favored is Wisconsin and that is a huge rivalry game at home. They have a legitimate shot at the playoffs.

Yes, they got issues, but quitting isn't one of them. Ball State is now 19-3 in their last 22 games against better teams than NDSU has played. Who would win b/w the two... Who knows. Good guys have a chance, but will have to beat a better D than they've seen to date. Squawks D didn't give up a thing today

Ironic comments disparaging Iowa's passing game when they finished with over 320 yards and ISU barely got 50 today.

2-0> 0-2

Well, I knew it was going to be an entertaining year getting to see what week Hawkeye meltdown happened with that schedule. I didn't know we were going to get teased with it on a weekly basis.

We'll lose at Pitt, at Maryland, and drop at least one at home to Wisco or Nebby.

This team, and more specifically this coaching staff, has serious problems. I like ISU's chances just because you have a dynamic offense and have the ability to play fast on defense. Iowa is pretty pathetic all the way around. That said, I'll take 2-0.

Don't they use SOS when they pick teams? If so, there is no way Iowa makes the playoff.
