***Official American Craft Beer Week Thread***

Nope. I mean they are arriving at the tap room, for sale to the public. My wife is a bartender, and doesn't work the brewing or bottling lines.

Nice.

Do you know if they are planning on distributing David, or is that going to stay up North? Really excited to try that one.

Was able to get some of the last Twisted Galaxy at the taproom in early May, was really surprised with how much I enjoyed it (Galaxy hops are not one of my favorites). Speaks to how well they make beer up there.

No clue on David distribution, but I just polished one off and it's fantastic.

Don't know if it was talked about earlier, but I tried the Imperial Red from Firetrucker in Ankeny last weekend at C and S home brew and it was phenomenal. Even my wussy lil bro, a hawk fan no less liked it.
I just brewed my American Pale Ale today. First brew in 5 months. Made a wort chiller and couldn't believe the time and hassle it saved over other methods.

So far tonight

Tyranena Hop Whhore -average ipa
Dogfish 90 minute-overated but good
New Glarus two women lager-ok for the style
Southern Tier 2xIPA-I liked it and wish they were in Iowa
