When does the Cap City League start up...

Can't wait. Man I hope they change their mind about a midnight madness sort of deal this year. With as much hype as the program has, I think it would be sweet.

First game is June 15th. Draft is usually held a few days before then.

Games will run Sunday, Wednesday, Friday until June 29th, have a break for the 4th, and then resume July 9, 11, and 13.

I will definitely be attending, I already can't wait for cyclone basketball next year. Cap City league will have to tide me over until November.

It will be great to see McKay, Nader and Custer.

I also hope that we get to see BDJ make an appearance or two, but his timing may be off because he graduates this summer.

Re: When does the Cap City League start up...

...not soon enough.

Last year was the first year I went to any games (mostly because I was too excited to wait for the season to start) and I highly encourage anyone to go. They fun, free and you never know when someone like Royce White might show up. And there's always great turnout by Cyclone fans.

I was anxious to see last year how Monte, Matt and Nader were and they all impressed. But the most impressive in last year's games was Naz. That's when I became a big fan of his and he didn't let me down this season.

He should be in Ames, June 15th according to some twitter people... so he may be able to participate

BDJ is supposed to be here on June 6th. I think he'll play unless he just wants to get settled in. Kane was here plenty early to play but decided not too.

I hear Georges talks an incredible amount of **** during these games. That alone is worth attending

SDW scored 67 the first game of the CCL season, and Bubu averaged a triple double at the end of the season. Should tell you all you need to know but it's still fun to watch our guys play.
