Really: How much work will you get done today

If you took a picture of a pile of cow turds in the middle of a field, that would equal the amount of work I'm going to get done today.

On topic, it's looking like I'll get the bare minimum done today. We at least have beer in the break room for Friday afternoons, so that will help to get the party started. Go STATE!

I'll kick *** at work today. It's raining and I can work when I know it's crappy out. Sunny days kill me. A game at 6:30 has no affect on me.

Just moved my only afternoon mtg to before lunch, Twin Peaks for lunch at noon then checking out. Can't check out before TP.

I'm a grizzled veteran of corporate America so I'm already expert in both categories! I've been thru many of these "political correctness" sessions over the years (my favorite remains "Employee Sensitivity Training"), plus I office from my home - who exactly am I going to harass? I'll just put my feet up, log into Live Meeting and mute the speaker phone; hopefully the Supernatural episode on TNT will be something I haven't already seen!
 
If you are dialed in to a meeting but not really paying attention because you are reading CF does that count?

I looked at my clock when I read this............13 minutes here as well.

I just got through a major deadline yesterday, so even if there weren't a game today, I'd probably still be less than useful just cause my brain is already out for the weekend. Going to try to get a little bit caught up in everything that's been thrown to the wayside the past two months. Oops.
 
Yeah, there is some electricity in the air!

Maybe need to watch "Run this town" video on the hour....then when I get home for awhile.

The game will be just after halftime when the kids go to bed...may pause the DVR, shut off phone, and then at the end I can buzz through commercials....you know, added suspense.

I LOVE hearing some interviews with CFH...acknowledges the big stage/bright lights and wants the guys to embrace the excitement at first, then it's a business trip. Win or lose, I hope there is some type of welcome home celebration.
 
Dropping daughter off at preschool in a half hour. "working from home" until I go get her at 1130. That will probably include a nap today. I have a 10 minute meeting in WDM at 230 (which I don't mind because I'll be driving during murph and andy). Then straight to my hangout for the night- Sportspage
