ESPN picking UCONN

Obviously it should be a close game....just hope we don't have to have any heroics to win. I'd rather get a 3-4pt lead with 2 minutes and then make free throws to ice it. As much as I LOVED Naz hoisting the game tying three for OT vs Okie Lite, would rather do what Wisc did to Baylor for this game.

BUT, how could would it be if we win...and win again...and in the final four had a "Hoiberg Classic" comeback/clutch shot?

While clutch shots and heart attacks are great and all. Ruining everyone by 20 isn't bad either.

lets be honest the espn "experts" arent really experts they are just coaches that got fired and looking for a job

How can this be? Per every UCONN fan that has shown up here, ESPN hates UCONN.

I'm guessing ESPN could give a flying crap about a FBS football program that's only existed for a decade or so…like almost everyone else. On the other hand it's very clear UConn has been a media favorite basketball program for quite a while, and they've had success to earn that.

In the end realignment was about football and the teams left out were 3 programs that didn't exist or were in a minor conference/lower division just 15 years ago. Not saying I liked realignment because it almost crushed ISU, but better upstarts like USF and UConn than teams with large football fan bases and history of playing at the highest level for 100+ years.

ESPN picked UCONN and OBAMA picked UCONN.............
