He is now a Legend in cardinal and gold.
Way to go Georges. Thanks for taking that late charge to help seal the deal.
I have a snapshot of the still frame but cant get it posted from my mobile phone. I'll get it uploaded soon.

Niang was just a beast tonight. I was really worried when I saw all of that blood, but when he was walking off of the court and gave that fist pump (would have made Johnny Orr proud) I knew he'd be okay. At that very moment, Niang moved into the category of 'legendary' Cyclone as far as I'm concerned. That was a one-armed Jake Knott vs. Baylor performance right there.

Well you know we need this.... with some added blood would be good.

George Niang Bleeds Cardinal colored blood and Gold colored plasma:shocked::notworthy:

He's probably talking to his teammate in that picture.
He seemed pretty calm about it all.

The look on his face there isn't due to the sight of blood. When you watch this frame in the video he is squinting and opening his eyes to attempt to clear the blood out of his right eye. Picture happened to be taken at the right time.

Watching this go down, one thing that impressed me was how Kane refused to leave his side, even after you can hear one official directing Kane to the ISU bench. Shows you the brotherhood that this team shares. Definitely is a special group of guys.

Georges was tearing KS apart. Then elbow is brought down hard putting him out of game. Five stitches. Not even looked at on video for flagrant 2. Amazing.

The guy must have gotten an A in Geometry because I cannot understand how he can find the right angles to bank his shot in off the backboard to get in the basket. He amazes me every single time.

C'mon, guy. No way it was intentional. Don't give bitter KU fans any ammo.

Did you even watch the play?

It shouldn't have been a flagrant but it deserved it 10x more than the one they called on Ejim rolling on the ground with KSU @Hilton this year. I couldn't even see that one on the slow-mo replay. Some ridiculous flagrant fouls called this year all around college hoops.
