I have the FullHD ad that can't be closed on link 1 and link 2 is really spotty. Does anybody know how to get rid of the ad with the gold pentagon? There used to be an x right at the bottom of the pentagon but it seems to be gone now.

e: oh link 3 is now available and works well

I'm south of Cedar Rpids and it's on ESPNU on Dish. How can it not be on in Wisconsin??

Dish also says it's on MASN channel 432 I think.
