Tiger just showed why he's the best player in the world

he is the best player in the world, no argument there, but i think he is the best player ever, even if he stopped today
Yesterday, a reporter asked him if he ever entertained the idea of a perfect (undefeated) season. Tiger said that he had a perfect season once, when he was 11. He won all 36 tournaments he entered. He then chuckled and said he "peaked at 11".
Actually he's in great shape this season. Saw him play last week and he looked much thinner and healthier.
What drove me nuts is that the announcers were talking about it and they gave all the credit to Tiger Woods. Makes me sick. Can't someone just get in shape because they want to?

I hate Tiger with a passion. I hate all of the people who cheer for him just because he is the best. Talk about being a band wagon fan. Find your own freaking golfer to cheer for instead of just following the crowd.
Tiger is a great golfer maybe the best ever. He's very photogenic and knows how to play it up to the media. He's a great competitor but he's terrible to his fans. He has a bad attitude on the course and swears it up like a sailor. He would hit a ball off a person's head if it benefited him. He spazes when he's playing bad and he doesn't do anymore charity work than Lefty does. And he makes much more money than Mickelson does. He's not bad, just not as angelic as the media likes to portray him.
Lefty will destroy him until the last few holes when he'll bounce a few drives off tents and smile/smirk his way to a couple of 9's or 10's, losing the holes and thus the match.
Like I said, he really knows how to work the media. I'm sure he was really gracious to the fans. Tiger reminds me of Shooter McGavin. In front of a camera he loves everybody, when the camera isn't looking he's totally different.
Who's the guy that stayed for hours signing autographs after blowing the U.S. Open instead of doing any interviews after he lost?

I am guessing it would be relatively close to the same, it is not like everyone else was playing with the technology and he wasn't. It would be more interesting to see what he would do against today's golfers. Would he be better than Tiger? tough to say but I would go with no, but no way of telling.
