Here are my guesses:

1. Hiring Ben Bruns as OC.
2. New scoreboard for south endzone.
3. Taking the SEZ proposal to the Regents for approval of fundraising because an anchor donor has made a commitment.
4. Getting cardinal and gold porta-pots. They removed the hideous blue ones over the weekend, but there is one left that has been spray painted cardinal and gold!
