OK, that (unless random) points to a building project, and the SEZ was recently talked about as part of an overall university project with the entrance/Reiman. Still...I find it hard to believe that if dirt will be moving soon that no one has leaked anything. Within the university, I understand....but when you start bringing in outside companies...

Again, I'd be glad to be wrong...just trying not to get all fizzed up and then it be nothing.
