JP called it "an exciting University announcement." I think the word "university" is important; he's giving us a hint. It's the SEZ.

The Monday after the last home game would be the time to announce a SEZ project to get it done before Fall 2014 football, too.

This. The first that popped in my mind was UNIVERSITY announcement. Wasn't there some huge fund raising campaign going on? If I remember right it was a huge amount, but I could see this as being a very positive for ISU and why not get the face of the Athletic Department attached to it.

Or they will be breaking ground on the gateway, but it won't necessarily mean the SEZ will be done with it. Unless the University has decided to pony up some major cash.
