Seems reasonable, Les. Now you just have to put it to a team vote whether they want to have practice on Sunday morning, or late night film, or a weight lifting session, or if they want to go to class. Heck, if the QB isn't playing well put it to a vote if he gets replaced. Perhaps call two plays from the sideline and let the players vote in the huddle which one they want to run.
