Recent listings search (+/- 1 year, similar milage) in the midwest for a 1991 31' Pace Arrow ranged $10K to $20K. I'll start in the upper half of that range, depending on if the buyer is wanting the parking pass, satellite system or TVs, etc... Thanks for asking.

With mixed emotion, we're thinking about selling our pimped out Cyclone Tailgate Ride... a 1991 31' Fleetwood Pace Arrow (454 gas on a Chevy chassis).
My dad bought it used about 10 years ago and we've been the owner since about 2008. It's spent most of it's life inside and is well maintained. If something needed fixed... it got done... new fridge, flooring, roof resealed (never leaked), steps, air ride suspension. Has A/C, remote generator, cooler rack on back...
My wife and I are ISU grads... 'Clone to the Bone'. Our son has been on the Cyclone football staff in different capacities under Coaches Mac, Chizik and Rhoads. But he's taken a position on the Sooner's staff and we bought a lake home... so it's time.
We'll still come to games and we'll teach you everything you need to know about this fine Cyclone machine.
