Another friendly leading up to the matches that count beginning on Friday. TV coverage (ESPN2) starts at 1 pm central with the match starting about 1:30 I think. The US will have more players available getting them closer to their A-level squad (assuming everybody is available for action) while Germany has definitely not brought their best side like Belgium.

Was looking forward to watching this. Sadly we are watching my wife's three little cousins so it's the zoo for me today.

Altidore
F. Johnson-Dempsey-Zusi
Bradley-Jones
Beasley-Besler-Gonzalez-Evans
Howard

Brad Evans at right back?

To be fair Germany could easily have two goals also. I like the aggressive offensive attitude from the US but their defending is still crazy bad at times. Jozy's goal was class though. Great cross from Zusi and awesome volley by Altidore.

Woke up the wife who was dozing in her chair with a couple of "wows" during and after that goal.
Maybe I don't get to see them play often enough, but that looked like one of the prettier goals I've seen the USMNT score.

Jozy, Jozy, Jozy. It's good to see you big fella. We need to see this version of Altidore more often for the USMNT.
