I'd say Phil Jackson has a pretty solid argument.13 Prem titles (including this seasons). Maybe I'm forgetting someone, but that's by far the most impressive run in professional sports I can think of. There have been a lot of greats but 26 years is incredible, especially in a sport where you routinely see coaches only get months to prove themselves.

He gets the favortism of the refs who add seven minutes of stoppage time in every home game and call a penalty every time he raises an eyebrow.
I wouldn't compare him with any other coaches from other sports, but what he's done is impressive. Building a youth system, operating within financial constraints when United was still a PLC, etc.
