Mike Garafolo of USA Today turned up a scathing indictment of Carter from a former teammate at Coffeyville, quarterback Cayden Cochran.
“The team that drafts Duron Carter will get the most lazy, whiny & non-work ethic player the nfl has ever seen," Cochran wrote on his Twitter account in February, per Garafolo. "I played w/him. Horrible person & will be a complete cancer to any team on the board.”

elaborate? you can make an argument that he was whiny, but with the Vikings, Cris Carter had an incredible work ethic, and as far as I know was not anything resembling a locker room cancer
Do you ever listen to KFAN? It's kind of a running joke about "How great a guy CC is" whenever they have one of his ex-teammates on. I've gathered he was not well liked in the locker room. Sounds like he had two personnas.

gotcha. No, I don't listen to KFAN. It's pretty obvious that he has an incredibly big ego. I just had never heard that any teammates didn't like him.
