there was a broadcast last year where he thought they were at commercial break, camera panned over to him and he had what appeared to be a mixed drink on the table. slight moment of panic, place drink under counter...moving on.

Didn't he get nabbed for a DUI a few years ago and was very honest about where he was going and why? Probably just a good rumor/story...
