McGee being a senior probably gets the start tomorrow night vs Okie State. Hasn't started all season and not sure if he's ever gotten a start. He's normally a spark plug off the bench and gives us a good boost. How do you guys think this effects us. Will it be that big of deal. He gets quite a few minutes coming off the bench as it is. I think we will be fine and me might be able to just get a good start right off from the start of the game. If not will rely on Georges to give us the spark off the bench.

Thank god McGee will finally start. Don't care about the reason. Finally we won't get off to a slow start and have to play catch up until the 16:00 time out.

He actually started earlier this season when Babb was suspended a few games for orange juicing.

I like giving the honorary start to seniors who don't play much, but I don't think it matters when you have seniors off the bench who get heavy minutes.

Who would he start over, Melvin or Georges? Or do you think he'll start over one of the other three seniors? I doubt he will start.

Why do seniors need to start on senior night? Winning needs to be the number one priority tomorrow night. I think they all know that.

I think he should start every game, but even more so this game. And not because its Senior night.

5 Seniors on the team...

Lucious
McGee
Babb
Clyburn
Booker

Is that a viable starting lineup against Oklahoma State?

The way we have been starting games, we may need the spark plug early. Why not start? I say start all seniors (except mcbath).

It's not like McGee is a walk on. If he starts on account of it being SR night - no big deal. He could start on this team if Fred wanted him to, and on many many other teams.
