OU at Texas

Half the crowd left when OU was leading 67-45. That is when M'Baye gave the Horns DXown siogn to the UT bench. Bad move.

I absolutely love seeing someone pull a punk move like that and end up looking like a giant horse's ***. Really the only reason I'm glad they lost.

I've got a question. I was in Mexico when we played OU so I didn't see the game. Everybody says OU doesn't match up with us well. How don't they exactly? I've seen them play a few times and they seem to be pretty athletic. I was shocked to see that we beat them by 19. How did we expose them?

They don't defend particularly well, either on the perimeter or on the drive. They seem to have a tough time with our spacing.

Fred did a great job of nuetrelizing Osby and M'Baye. Babb made Pledger disappear. They also had trouble defending our spacing on the other end.

I know this is always a key but especially against OU Ejim and Niang have to got to stay out of foul trouble or we have to get great minutes from Booker or Gibson.

Yep, looks like you forgot to qute my post between those two where I said I was eating some crow.

Nah I did see it. To be honest, I saw thew score at halftime and figured it was over. Didn't know the game went to OT and Texas won until I read this thread.

Myck's shot to send it to overtime was unreal. Between Michigan PSU, Georgetown UCoNN, and OU Texas, it might have been the best night of college hoops I have seen in a while.

Maybe Texas will do enough that our mess there will be taken out of the bad loss category. They are certainly a different team now.

I was kinda glad Texas won. Before, our loss to them kinda looked similar to Tech (not quite as bad but not too far off) but not anymore. I think Texas might also take down Baylor at home before the year is over.
