Sources: Ravens make offer to Garrett to be head coach

Don't do it Garrett, wait a year and another first round loss and the keys to the Cowboy's and that new HUGE stadium will be yours.
Jerry is either going to match (plus some) any offer Garrett gets or do the crude thing and push Wade aside.
I said mid-season I wouldn't be against the latter and still somewhat would not be - but I'd be a hypocrite as I chastised the Chargers for firing a 14-2 head coach.
I think the Garrett love is a little premature. I do think the guy is going to make a great HC, yet I'm not sure he's ready.
I'm also not a huge fan of Wade and I never was. I do like the 13-3 record, I just don't like the lack of discipline and desire that I saw in each of the losses (minus the loss to a far-superior Pats team) and the playoff loss.
It all boils down to Garrett either being willing to wait to get the keys to the Cowboys later or wanting the keys to someplace else today.

The loss of both Garrett and Sparano, who looks to be a lock for the Miami job, could be very bad for the 'Boys.
Looks like this could be heating up...Cameron and Capers rumored to be his OC/DC respectively...

Watching sportscenter and they are saying Sparano to Miami done deal and taking 4 or 5 coaches from Dallas with him plus Garrett is getting some serious looks but teams are feeling jerry is just waiting to see how much cash he needs to throw Garretts way.
hee hee...poor cowboys! That is what is great about rooting for the Vikings nobody wants there coaches.

Not necessarily. You lost Mike Tomlin to the Steelers last year and the guy that replaced him, Leslie Frazier is getting some looks from other teams. The DC for the Vikes is turning into being like the Defense Against the Dark Arts Teacher and Hogwarts.
