Loved the way he played yesterday. I feel a lot better about our linebacker situation next year. No one can replace Jake, but i thought he stepped up big time.

Wish we would have redshirted him and miller
I loved George's play...but I liked Knott's coaching even more. I hope CPR adds him to the staff after Knott has a long and successful NFL career.
You are correct... Jeremiah George is a beast. What a game. Player of the game IMO, with Vanderkamp a close second.
What will our starting 3 LBs look like next year? George of course. Miller too probably. Then who? Most likely Broomfield or maybe CJ Morgan I'm guessing? As a group we'd be quite a bit smaller.
CWilly said not to be surprised if Luke Knott gets some PT, didn't say he would start though.Darius White
George was all over the place yesterday. How many tackles did he end up recording?
Great game by JG!

Sigh...At the very least, George, Miller, and Irving should all have redshirted. The benefit of playing those guys as true freshmen is not going to be worth the cost imo.I find my self saying the same thing about Klien, Knott and Irving.
George played especially well when you consider that he crapped all over himself during the game.
Literally filled his pants with poop.
If a LB who is covered in poop is trying to tackle me, I'm going to do everything within my power to get away from him.
Just think how good he'll be when he's not giving the RBs that extra motivation to get away.
