I have watched football a little over 30 some years now and have never seen a coach with such emotion with his team. I feel one of these days theres going to be a big time player that wants to play for this guy.

I agree, though one could argue that he's got a few big time players already, like Knott and Klein, as well as some others who could get there with some more maturity. Not all big time guys are 5-star rivals recruits...
What impresses me the most is when a player makes a big play and comes to the sideline,he runs to find him and congratulates him. Like he is part of the team out there playing.
fact of the matter is, big time players HAVE to eventually want to play for him if we want to compete in the big 12. for every knott and klein there are 5 randy kellman's who don't pan out. he HAS to recruit better overall if we want to compete. K&K are great feel good stories and tremendous players but true diamonds in the rough like them don't happen all that often.
