I doubt Snyder would let it happen, but could the Purple Kitties be peaking past the Cyclones to their trip to Morgantown and the Big XII lead next week?

i thought a trap game would be between two big games I dont consider a home game against KU a home, if anything you could say they were overlooking KU to our game

Definitely a trap game. K-State has the game of the season in the Big 12 next week against WVU.
FWIW, my contacts on the team have said that ever since the Monday after the OU game, K-State has been devoting >80% of its practice time prepping for WVU. The other 20% has been allocated for prepping for the KU game, and now (I assume) the ISU game.
Not sure I agree with this strategy by Snyder, as I think ISU has a pretty scrappy team. Hope K-State and Snyder give Iowa State their due attention.
I hope you're right, but he said the team is REALLY looking forward to the WVU game.Your so called contacts on the team are full of bullsheet. If there is one thing Bill Snyder is adamant about it is preparing for the next opponent and not being concerned about who comes after that.

I wouldn't say this is a trap game. Kstate fans and team are aware the skill that Iowa st.has. With that said I see this being close in 1st half but 2nd half we get a rhythm and force a t.o. To win.
Like I said, I hope you're right. I really hope it doesn't cost the cats. ISU is scrappy as hell.Your contacts are the team are full of ****. Snyder is too smart to try and pull things like that especially when we have given them all they could handle the last three years and we have done what we have done in the past. Maybe not to the nation, but to the Big 12, Iowa State doesn't get overlooked anymore. A lot of teams have been beaten doing that and the other have seen what happens when you do that.
