After reading a few of these posts about last nights game I can't disagree with much. Last night's game hurt alot, felt like we should've won the game. But people, isn't this a good thing that we are looking at one loss as so crucial, I remember when I was younger that we cyclone fans expected a loss and didn't get so upset because of it. I hope the team sees how much support they have behind them in fans and make this the last time we feel defeat. Such an athletic team has the capability. I'm glad we are mad, but hopefully this is the last time.

I agree with you but it sucks having this happen basically the exact same way it went down vs Texas last year. We totally could've won this game if our offense just even average. Other than the 1 drive that ended in a TD, we woul've been better taking a knee 3 times and letting our punter put Tech in a deep hole with our defense doing work. The turnovers just give them too short of a field and too much positive momentum.

A below average offense wins this game. It didn't even have to be average. Unfortunately we got what was possibly the worst offensive performance by any ISU team since...well...forever. At least the 30yrs I've been following them. We had 3yds of passing at halftime. Think about that for a minute. 3yds!!!

Can somebody show me stats from a game where we were worse??

No. Because they don't exist. Well played sir...well played.

We could've won the game if our offense was just bad. Heck if you take away just one of consistent poor blocking, poor qb play, and no receivers ever getting open, we could have won the game. Oh yeah and I almost forgot inept kicking (but that's easy to forget because, frankly, I'm quite used to it).
